Your initial consultation is FREE – an informal meeting for you to meet the consultant and discuss your lifestyle and needs. The consultation will also include:
Nutrition and food diary advice
Body analysis – weight
Body Fat %
Fitness tests – if necessary
Goals and target set

NUTRITION & WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Including: taking a look at your emotional and physical need for food – understanding food labelling and supermarket tricks. Changing your eating habits for good, without counting calories or points, banning food groups or having red/green days.
All information is treated in the strictest confidence and is only discussed between you and the consultant.
